- Free Delivery: Provided automatically on all online orders exceeding OMR 50.000.
- Standard Delivery Charge: OMR 3.000 for orders under OMR 50.000 within Muscat, Salalah, Nizwa, and Mabilah municipal regions.
- Remote Locations: Standard regional charge of OMR 5.000 applies to remote areas in Dhofar or Musandam.
- Delivery Timelines: Muscat and Mabilah orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Shipments to all other governorates arrive within 3–5 business days.
