🚚 Do you deliver to all governorates in Oman?
Yes, we deliver to all governorates in Oman (including Muscat, Dhofar, Sohar, Nizwa, Sur, and Buraimi). Delivery is free for orders exceeding OMR 50.000. For orders below OMR 50.000, a standard charge of OMR 3.000 applies.

💳 What payment methods do you support?
We support secure payments via the Thawani Payment Gateway, which accepts all major Omani debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected items and locations.
🔄 What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return or exchange window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure you keep the digital invoice generated at purchase. Certain customized or cut building materials are excluded.
🛡️ What is the official warranty coverage on Utopia sanitary ware?
Yes, HOME SHOP Oman is the official distributor of UTOPIA Bath & Kitchen in the Sultanate of Oman. All products carry certified manufacturer warranties:
- 1. Water Closets (WC): 25 Years on ceramic body, glaze, and color durability; 5 Years on internal flushing mechanisms, fill valves, and push buttons; 2 Years on hydraulic soft-close seat covers.
- 2. Faucets & Tapware: 10 Years on internal ceramic cartridges and mechanical leaks; 5 Years on color finishes (Chrome, Matte Black, Brushed Gold, etc.) against peeling/discoloration; and 5 Years under our GCC Water Conditions & Salinity Protection Policy.
- 3. Vanity Cabinets & Wash Basins: 25 Years on ceramic basins; 10 Years on cabinet body materials with a 2-Hour Anti-Swelling Water-Resistance Guarantee; 10 Years on soft-close hinges and drawer runners; 5 Years on LED mirrors (2 Years on electronic sensors).
- 4. Shattaf (Hand Sprays): 5 Years on reinforced flexible hose durability; 2 Years manufacturer warranty on spray head trigger mechanism (under 2-3 BAR operational tolerance).
- 5. Baths & Wellness: 25 Years on acrylic and cast iron bath structures; 5 Years on hydrotherapy spas.
